Yes. It is a water tap in the entrence of vindhya vaasinee temple, Pokhara. The temple is called as binda baasinee in nepalees. ( where the local nepaalee accent of binda sounds llike bengali "do" en the end ).
One of my friend of andhra here was calling the temple as bindu vaasinee:-) This temple's culture and rituals will be posted shortly

Fish tail mountain

The local Nepali name of this mountain is macchaapucchre - derived from the sanskrit word machcha puccha where the former stands for fish and the later tail. This is one of the beautiful peak in the annapurna range of mountains. Elevation -6,993 m (22,943 ft), Prominence-1,233 m (4,045 ft)
